A Home in Thailand

Been waiting for my new post about Thailand ? ;p here we go !

Day 2, we prepared for our performance in ..... Embassy of Republic Indonesia in Thailand. wow. so excited ! we woke up early morning, prepared, and we practiced for our performance in Embassy and pre-Concert in one of good Universities in Thailand (i keep it a secret untill next post :p). we're exactly stayed at home, cheqinn's atmosphere was just like home. moreover, i stayed there with my very talented friends in cleaned house, haha no just kidding, i mean like ive been there before, like deja vu. the owner is soo kind, hospitable and friendly and one of her intensions is she can speak english very well, like the only one and thank God ;p haha. i slept with my positive and optimist genk, of course. beside our room, there are foreign from i dont exactly know may be US ? and another one is Philipino and she is a man ! i mean, ladyboy ! my senior told me on the way home. yet they both were so sweet  to us, they clapped their hand after we practiced like we were star. they told us that we were great. it's good to have someone to talk to from another country you know, regardless of gender, place, even the religion. :)

we practiced Janger without a hand fan . it's okay, we're still good !

this is our room, it was sooo sooo sooo comfy :) fyi, this room is costed 200B or Rp 60.000 / night for one person. sooo cheap right?.

we rent this car to go to every place we should visited.

After we practiced, we actually still had much time so our chief decided we could go to... Pratunam Market to buy some handicrafts or souvenirs that made by real Thai. something you should know that, we were so rush ! bad thing, we only had little time to buy the souvenirs, an hour and half. can you... IMAGINE THAT ?! you should utilize the worth time to buy everything. so how could that possible to buy many good things in an hour and half? :( worse, it was raining, so we couldn't move freely to find the things. worst, i didn't buy handicrafts or souvenirs there. God, me, tarling and viola just would to cry out loud because we already in the handicraft store but we called by ka Kro to inside the van. we prayed along the way to get a chance to buy the handicrafts in other place. i prayed with my little deep heart, i should back someday there and could buy every things. every-things that sold over there. amiin. anyway, with a very short time to shop, i couldn't take many pictures in that market, because me and my friends were too busy to shop. these are two of my favourite things i got there :3

Rings. Idr 100B for 5 items or about Rp 30.000 for 5 items. soo effin cheap !

Postcard, 100B for 2 items, or about Rp 30.000 for 2 items :3

End of Pratunam Market, we continued our way to .... Embassy of Republic Indonesia. first thought when i went inside the buildings, the atmosphere supported me to imagine my home. it really felt like i was home ! lot of Indonesian people and they talked like us. haha. we had been fighting for a day in Thailand, felt like we were aliens. somethin that pulled my attention was, there was a school for Indonesian kids who live there. they named it SIB - Sekolah Indonesia Bangkok. i was certainly sure that the kids are smart. they (may be) could speak in English, Bahasa, and.... the language that most of people can not speak, Thai-Lang (okay, just pretend the name for Thailand language is Thai-Lang) haha. more over, Mr Gofar welcomed us warmthly. i was wondering if i worked in Embassy (someday), i would act like mr Gofar, kind and friendly :)

in main street of Sukhumvit soy 4, in front of 711, just buy a bread for breakfast :9

anyway, Happy birthday to my one of best fwen, Tarling ! may Allah's joys always with you, didi. i wish you all the best, may Allah helps us to solve this tough problems :p, get ready to face new life and welcome to the club ! i heard that 21 is the new 17 ! have a good day, Tarlaa. love you :*

Sawadee Kha, Thailand !

Finally, after the very long time on our way, we were arrived safely in.. Thailand. lot of stories to tell. here the stories go...

After waited in Changi and played around, we got to our plane, the name is Tiger with its tiger pattern in its wings, sooo fashionable plane that i ever seen haha. around 09.30 (there's no different time between Jakarta and Thailand), we arrived in Suvarnabhumi Airport. it was one of good airports that i visited :) the people also like Indonesian, friendly and hospitable. first landed in Thai-land, my first thought was...... i wish that i could read the thai-words. you know that only can be read by thai people and may be God. geez -_-

the ticket for train is so cute :3 small and round and easy to lost !

Then we went to the road that little bit far, we used train to road-that-some-people-said-it-near-from-our-hostel. the reality was, it was far from our hostel ! we met tukang ojek in Ratchaprarop and they say the distance only 10 minutes by ojek from Ratchaprarop to Sukhumvit , the real is, we used tuk tuk that faster than that ojek and it takes around 25 minutes. thank God we met with tuk-tuk ! we had lost and didnt exactly know where our hostel was, and thai people dont speak english. can you imagine that ? CAN YOU ?! only lil bit thai can speak english, i can say merchant for example. after 20 minutes we looked for the hostel, God showed us the way to got to CheQinn Hostel, soy 4. i thought that the hostel was small and dirty yet the real was, the hostel was soooo sooo effin comfort! if you ask me to stay there for a month, i'll say yes! the facilities, cleans, and everything was perfect there !

i suggest you to see exit word and look at that thai words, longer than 4 words e-x-i-t -_-

i wore ganis' bag that my sissy got in fashion swap. haha :p

with our coach, mba Tanti. she's amazing !
We got chances to cleaned up and packed out, then we ate dinner together there. Ah ! something important that you should know is, there are a lot of bars there, lots ! very very lot of bars and ......... lady boys or you can say "bencong" in Indonesia. and they are lots. well, my hostel is in center of bars and that lady boys so around the road, you could find 'em easily. the lady boys, for your info, are more beautiful than real female, THEY ARE MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN ME ! it couldnt be accepted. unfortunately there wasn't picture of any of those lady boys, i was afraid to took pictures of them, actually. for scale one to ten, if Indonesia gets number 6, Thailand gets 7. nothing much different, so you will feel like you are home. one big difference is the foods. its smell and taste was soooooo different from ours. that taste like tasteless and from scale one to 10, Indonesian foods are number 9 ! my friend, Atu, got ill there, like not match with thai's foods. haha poor you baby jidat. after all, we were had fun first day there. gonna post another funs soon.

Silver is The New Gold

Been busied by choir's actvities in my long holiday. super mega tired yet very fun to do. well, basicly, eventhough my voice isnt that good, i love sing. when you do something that you love, eventhough it take your health off, you'll still fight for that thing, won't you ? i got the opportunities from my choir organization, one of them is chance to join the choir contest that organized by FPS ITB. it was my first experience in attending choir competition like that. me and my friend already practiced everyday from May. you should feel the energies from the top to bottom then go to top again. me and my squad stayed in a house near from itb, so comfortable yet very cold, i was freezing, breathless and got flu, cold and another illness that related with Bandung's athmosphere. beside, so fun wearing Padang costume when sang Tari Pasambahan and Jali-Jali :3

Little bit stories, we've been practicing from may, and we just felt kinship when we stayed there, i mean for three months we've been practiced together, we got that in Bandung. you know in Bandung we also practiced, per group. we laughed so hard, joked, talked, chit chatted all day long, we also played a game, hugged, walked around and it just unforgotable. i mean, like i am so thankful for that kinship we have been built together, and i participate in that. thank God :)

For the friends i have, they are amazing. it's human being when we feel hate little or sensitive or disagree but, that was a process to let ourself blend with another. they also taught me to behave, they listened me when i told story, they gave me their food haha, and they are my best. thank God.  i also have a best conductor ever, in the world ! he's amazing. he's composing great songs, make us feel fused each other also with the songs, that is not an easy thing to do. thank you ka Kromong, you're an amazing conductor i've ever met, and thank God i met him. i thank also to God for meet me with good family there, Tia and Yuma, they like my younger bro and sist. alhamdulillah o:)

gonna miss all the things there and Tia also Yuma :)

For the result, we got an eight position and silver medal. well friends, you should know that Silver is the New Gold. the real Gold we are going to get, counting down one to two years from now ! Keep stunning, my lovely choir squad : *

Worthwhile

Well, hello July, it's so good to feel you, full of energies, opportunities and funs. yes. holiday is coming.

Beach smell, my favourite. you know, when lot of things bring you down, even the universe help them, only God and beach can let you up, slow but sure. something worthwhile to fight for, beach. did i mention you that the most loveable scenery that i love is blend of sea, sky and sun ? they are adorable :") how could i let them off from my hands when i already hold them ? moreover, you were going there with your lovely friends?

I've been in confused circumtances. i mean i faced two important things that i can not let one or even both go. when people said i should choose one of them, i was so very sure that i can do both of them, and thank God for helped me. i did go to beach yet i practiced choir as well. i really thank for that lovely journey to Anyer with my classmates, it was memorable :""")
